Mainland UK Delivery
Standard delivery covers both postage and packaging and is free for orders of £10 and over. For orders less than £10, delivery is charged at £2.99.
Delivery is by Royal Mail second class post and generally takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Express Delivery – If you require an order urgently, express delivery can be arranged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and note there will be an additional cost for this service.
Tracked Delivery – We are unable to begin tracking an order once it has been dispatched. Therefore, if you would prefer your order to be via tracked delivery, please contact us at email@example.com and note there will be an additional cost for this service.
Non Mainland UK Delivery
There is no additional cost for delivery to non mainland UK (including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and other offshore UK islands) however, you should allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
European & International Delivery
Delivery is by Royal Mail Standard International Post and generally takes 5-8 days to Europe and 10-14 days to the Rest of the World. We can provide a tracking number once the order has been dispatched if required.
The cost for International Delivery is not included within the product price and is charged separately at checkout.
All delivery periods stated are in working days and exclude public holidays in the UK. We aim to dispatch orders within two days of your order being received. If there is a period by which we are unable to send orders such as staff holiday time or illness, we will communicate this appropriately.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and there may be occasions where factors outside our control can affect delivery times. If you require an order by a specific date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can ensure the order will arrive on time.
Orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.
We cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries that are caused by third parties or circumstances that are beyond our control such as weather conditions or Royal Mail delays.
Delivery will be to the address(es) you have specified in your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we cannot be liable for any items that have not been received. While our Mila and Pheebs kids subscription boxes are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, this is subject to your local postman and we can not be held liable for orders that are not posted via the letterbox.
Depending on your complete order, we may send your order as a parcel. If this would not be suitable, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order to discuss.
If your order has not arrived and you believe it to be lost, please contact us quoting your order number and we can investigate for you. Please note if the courier has not been able to post the item, they should leave you a calling card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted and how to rearrange delivery or collect your item.
