The following relates to orders from our Shop.

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of order being received. If this is not possible, we will notify you within 24 hours.

Orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.

A confirmation email will be sent on the day of dispatch.

Please note we do not send orders via a tracked service as standard for UK delivery and are unable to begin tracking an order once it has been dispatched. If you would prefer your item to be sent via a tracked service please contact us before placing your order and note there will be an additional cost for this service. Deliveries to a non-UK address will be sent as tracked service as standard and we will provide a tracking number once the order has been posted.

Should you purchase a Subscription and place an order from our Shop at the same time, you will be charged a delivery fee at checkout for the Shop order. You will then be charged a postage fee at the time your subscription payment is made.

While our box products are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, should you order more than two boxes, we will send your order as a parcel. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss if required.

UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £100

Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £2.99

Deliveries should arrive within 3-5 days of dispatch.

European & International Delivery

International Tracked Service: £7.99

Deliveries should arrive within 5 to 7 working days of dispatch.

Returns Policy

Whilst we are confident you will be pleased with your order from us, in the unlikely event your item is faulty we would like the chance to put things right for you. Please contact us with your order details as soon as possible and no later than 7 days of receipt of your order.
