I’m sending a gift, can I include a gift tag?
Absolutely. If you would like a gift tag included in your order or subscription, please add the message in Order Notes at checkout and we will include a handwritten gift tag within your order or subscription. Please note the gift tag will appear in the first subscription box only.
I want to send an order or subscription as a gift to reach the person direct. How do I do this?
No problem, you can send your order or subscription direct to the recipient by clicking ‘Ship to a different address?’ at checkout.
Why is checkout via Paypal?
We use Paypal as our payment method because they are a trusted platform and protect both us and you the customer. However, if you have any issues using this payment method please contact us to discuss.
Why can’t I checkout?
We use Paypal for all payment processing, if you are having difficulty please ensure a valid email address has been added in your checkout details. If these details are not correct, you will not be directed to the checkout screen via Paypal.
For subscriptions you must create an account with us at checkout using your email address and a password. This is to ensure you can cancel or amend your subscription at your convenience.
At this time Paypal will only allow one subscription at any one time. If you would like more than one subscription, please contact us.

I don’t use Paypal, can I still checkout?
For Shop orders – Yes. Whilst checkout will direct you to a Paypal screen, at the bottom there is the option to ‘Check Out as a Guest’. This will allow you to make payment without setting up a Paypal account.
However for subscriptions, a valid Paypal account will be required. This is because payments are taken on a renewal basis via Paypal. You will still be able to pay via a debit or credit card but Paypal will prompt you to begin a Paypal account to allow the subscription to complete. You will see the following;

Can I check my order before checking out?
Yes, your cart will clearly show a breakdown of your order together with amounts and payment dates where applicable.

The following relates to orders from our Shop.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
If you want to cancel your order after it has been received, you have up to 14 days of receipt of your order to cancel.
Need a Refund?
To receive a refund you will need to return the item to us in a saleable condition and within 14 days of cancellation.
Returning via Post
If you would like to return an item by post we will provide a returns address within an email when you cancel. The cost of returning the item will need to be at your expense and we suggest you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for lost goods.
Please note we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds for made to order items.
